Your shipment

We usually send your orders the very next day after the orders, if they are in stock, through the carrier of your choice. Zasilkovna, DPD, Czech Post. We recommend using its services abroad, where the Zasilkovna (Packatery) operates, which is the cheapest transport in the Czech Republic. For transport in the EU and the rest of the world, use the Czech Post option. Each shipment has a tracking number and can be traced.

Postage includes handling fee, packing and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the selected carrier. We recommend that you group items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and each is subject to shipping charges. Cash on delivery fee is charged separately.

We send shipments in a sufficiently durable package to withstand normal delivery. If the shipment is damaged upon delivery, do not accept it, or write a complaint report with the delivery person about the damage to the shipment.

For goods that are in stock at the supplier, delivery times may vary, it can be up to 3 weeks. It depends on the transit and conditions at present, which is greatly affected by Covid 19.

Returned goods

In the case of returning the goods, either due to a complaint or withdrawal from the purchase contract arising from the terms and conditions, pack the goods in sufficiently durable packaging and send it back to us at:
